  • Yes! Other than some of our advertising / marketing features, you can use the site at no cost.

  • What are the benefit for me join the Community?
  • As a member you will enjoy many excellent benefits and performance rewards. The sooner you register, the sooner you will enjoy your exclusive member’s benefits. Find out More about Member’s Benefits

  • I’ve forgotten my password. How can I retrieve it?
  • Don’t worry. You can reset your password by clicking the “Sign In” link and follow with “Forgot password?” link on the login screen.

  • How do I change my display name, profile picture, email address and password?
  • All these details can be changed once you login. You can edit your profile information and control which information your want to display to other users, just by clicking “Profile” and then “Edit” and recreate yourself.

  • How can I upload my photos
  • There are 3 areas you can upload your photos, you can upload your photos to your profile gallery, just by clicking on “Photos” link and follow by “Add Photos”. Or if you like, you can share it to the Club Listing Page if you are the Verified Member Of the Club. You can also share your event photos  for others to view.

  • Who can see my profile and my reviews?
  • Any visitor to 4×4 can read your reviews, view your activities, view your profile and your profile picture. Your contact information will not be displayed to anyone publicly.

  • What does 4×4 do with my personal information?
  • 4×4 respects your privacy and will not give, sell, trade or share any of your personal information to any third parties. Please read our privacy policy for more information.

Club, Events & Company Listings

  • How do I register as the owner of the listing already listed on 4×4?
  • If your listing is already on 4×4 but you haven’t claimed it yet, click “Manage this listing” and update your contact information. If you are authorized to manage the listing, check the box labeled “I’m the owner”. Our account manager will contact you to verify your ownership status.

  • How can I promote my listing with 4×4?
  • We have a wide range of advertising products to make your business stand out and expose you to a wider audience. Contact a 4×4 sales representative to find out more.

Contributions & Rewards

  • How can I contribute to the Community
  • Members are invited to submit details of their area of expertise, and select the activities they wish to utilize their expertise in. You can contribute the Articles, Q&A, Photos, Reviews etc.
