I have replaced steering rack, wheel bearings, swivel hubs, dampner, tyers, balance with alinement and coil spring with shockies. ive researched it and ive heard its gu patrol problem. Has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it, as i am all out of ideas.

Although I can’t help you with your troubles.. The 07-Current Jeep Wranglers have been known to have this same issues. Technically Known as a “Death Wobble”.. We’ve suffered with our first wobble this past summer.. On a non-lifted 08 Jeep Wrangler.
Checking your list above.. You’ve done just about everything we’ve done.. excluding removing the retaining clips from the rotors. These retaining clips are placed there during wheel installations as a means to keep the rotor/hub from moving.
Tires, on the other hand Large tires.. be very difficult to balance. I have heard shops say that their mechanics dislike large tires because of this.
